About this blog

Hello. My name is Kat, and I am 25 years old. I've been bouncing around pursuits of knowledge for a long time. I have acquired an A.S. degree and had intended to pursue a degree in astrophysics. I have not graduated high school, but I have a GED and time in a community college where my grades were nothing lower than an A-. I applied to MSU and got in, but the beginning of my educational career in such a place became unrealistic due to things such as student loans, which I would have had to rely on throughout my education. Eventually, I came to decide that I would leave school behind for now and move forward by utilizing my natural talents that are not satisfied within one educational field.

I have also been diagnosed with a persistent mental illness known as paranoid schizophrenia (DSM IV), which I have spent many years learning how to live with and work past, and have been relatively successful. I've developed an awareness of self that has often been noted as very interesting. This awareness is invaluable, and I am glad that such a thing has been bestowed upon me as I realize it gives a great advantage; and allows me to help others. I've spent time in psychiatric hospitals, jail, and fought an addiction to cocaine which remains in the past. I am married, and have been for nearly six years. I have also taken an IQ test, the WAIS (Weschler Adult Intelligence Scale, which caps at 155), and received 151. (To convert this number to other scores of intelligence tests, visit this conversion form.)

Growing up, I was supported in things I wished to pursue, such as art (with endless art lessons), programming, graphic design, science, writing, and many more. Although I didn't graduate high school, my knowledge of many subjects grew and collected into a vast stockpile of cross-discipline connections and analogies. I came to understand that I would not be satisfied pursuing one field and one field only, or even two fields, as my brain needs nourishment from all spectrums of thought that a human being is capable of.

So, to solve my problem of the lack of diverse disciplines, I have decided to write, which will give me a way of discussing cross-discipline ideas in such a way so they may be useful, and read and understood by the world. I will write books that are fiction, non-fiction, and a beautiful grey area between the two.

The vast array of subjects I intend to write about include, but are not limited to: Physics (geophysics, quantum physics, astrophysics, particle physics, heliophysics, theoretical physics), mathematics, sociology, genetics, anthropology, history, psychology, philosophy, chemistry, geography, theology, technology, evolution, eugenics, robotics, politics, mass media, exobiology, cosmology, astronomy, design, painting, drawing, print making, programming, neuroscience, science fiction, statistics, law, formal logic, AI
